Buddy Benford has studied martial arts since 1974. He is an active member of CBII. In 1977, Christopher Casey introduced Buddy to Chin na and it inspired him to pursue the subject with great passion. Buddy's emphasis focuses on the application of this art which consists of seizing, twisting, and pressing. He presently resides with his family in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This DVD serves only as an introduction to chin na. When one gets a base, then the study of energy becomes the theme. We have added an additional 30+ minutes beyond what is on the videotape version.
