Buddy Benford has studied martial arts since 1974. He is an active member of CBII. In 1977, Christopher Casey introduced Buddy to Chin na, inspiring him to pursue the subject passionately. Buddy's emphasis focuses on applying this art which consists of seizing, twisting, and pressing. He presently resides with his family in Mt Zion, Illinois. This DVD serves only as an introduction to chin na. When one gets a base, the study of energy becomes the theme. We have added 30+ minutes beyond what is on the videotape version.
