CBII Qigong Workout is a combination of four major gigong areas. The first is joint qigong. The second is Wuji (stillness stance). The third is Ba Dwa Jian (8 Pieces of Brocade). The last is silk reeling solo exercises. You can select one of these four workouts and have a complete system of qigong. Qigong refers to an exercise which stimulates the circulation of qi. For those unfamiliar with the concept of qi it can be compared and contrasted with the circulation systems of blood and lymph. The same things that block blood circulation often blocks qi circulation. These exercises are gentle and can be expanded to different levels. Consult a doctor before engaging in any exercise program.
